1. Carefully pack the product in the original packaging with all accessories (products supplied in a set must be returned in the set as well).
2. Fill out the return form attached to the order.
3. Attach a copy of the sales receipt, indicate the refund method (postal money order or bank transfer with indication.
4. Send the package by mail to the following address:

Reasons for Return and Exchange of Goods
The customer has the right to return the Product (The return of the Product is carried out if the said Product has not been used, if its consumer properties, factory labels, commercial appearance, etc. have been preserved), without indicating reasons within
14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Product directly from the Seller or from the persons representing the Seller.
The customer has the right to exchange their product for one of equal or lower value, receiving a refund for the price difference.
Once we receive the returned product, the customer will receive a 100% refund within 5 days, including weekends and holidays.
To return the product, you must provide a document certifying the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out a product return request.
Return of the Product in case of defects due to non-compliance with the conditions of the Order, occurred through the fault of the Seller:
In case the Product has been delivered to you with a partial non-compliance or violation of the conditions of the Order through the fault of the Seller, regarding the assortment, completeness, quantity of the Product, you have the right to inform the Seller (within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt) of such violations and demand their resolution.
You also have the right to refuse the product and obtain a refund of the money paid. In this case, the Product must be returned to the Seller while maintaining its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels.
To return the product, you must provide a document certifying the fact and conditions of its purchase.
